We are very proud of our Staff. They are a well-coordinated team of dedicated employees. They have developed a cohesive team working extremely well under the direction of Daniel Cruz, Superintendent and John Devito, Property Manager.

Each of them has a unique skill set bringing further enhancements to the quality of their work. They are proactive and dedicated. They interact well with our Shareholders and fulfill their daily/weekly protocol with professionalism while able to alter their responsibilities in order to meet Shareholder needs.
